For fifteen years equity trader Dan Strock, 38, was looking for the right company to franchise.
“I finally found one that I like,” he said. “I never expected it to be in the food industry.”
The business is Pretzel Revolution, Dean Borrell’s stuffed-pretzel establishment on Main Street in Kutztown.
It was a chance meeting seven years ago at an Italian festival, held annually by the St. Marco Society in Temple, when Strock came upon self-taught entrepreneur Borrell, 45, Muhlenberg Township.
